Article 2 : Sales Contract

The sales contract is concluded between CC Stores BV and the adult customer as soon as the order confirmation appears on the customer's screen. Everyone who places an order with us declares that they are in agreement with the terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment.

As a point of principle, an item that is no longer deliverable is also unavailable in the online store. Here, however, the necessary caveat must be made for errors in the stock program. We request your understanding in this matter.

Orders on the online store are updated on a regular basis. In the event that an item is no longer available, you will be informed as soon as possible. Your payment will, in that case be, refunded within 15 business days without charge.

CC Stores BV reserves the right to cancel the order if the price is incorrect, an error is listed online or a promotion is not properly observed.

Article 3 : Prices

All our prices are specified in Euros and include 21% VAT but exclude shipping costs. All prices are per item unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are clearly set out separately.

CC Stores BV reserves the right to amend and to correct the prices, products and the product information.

Article 4 : Payment

Payments can be made through the MultiSafePay online payment system.

Follow the steps on the screen. After payment, you will receive an email with order and payment confirmation.

Article 5 : Ownership Rights

CC Stores BV remains the exclusive owner of items sold until the point at which the sale price has been paid.

Article 6 : Shipping

We reserve the right to amend our shipping costs if required. We are not liable for any damage, loss or further problems during shipping. We attempt to prevent any issues.

In the event that the address provided proves to be incorrect, this falls under the liability of the client and additional costs may be applied.

You will receive your delivery within five working days.

Article 7: Warranty

Under the Act of September 21, 2004 on the Protection of Consumers in the Sale of Consumer Goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty leaves these rights unaffected.

Any visible damage and/or quality deficiency of an item must be reported by the customer, without delay, to CC Stores BV.

In order to invoke the warranty, the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to retain the original packaging and labeling of the goods.

Returns must be provided in their original state.

The direct costs for returning the goods are to be borne by the customer within 14 calendar days.

Exchanges can be made free of charge at our stores;

All returned items will be carefully checked. Returned items must not have been used. If an item has undergone a loss of value through use by the customer, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Article 8 : Impairment of Validity

In the event that a stipulation from these terms and conditions is declared invalid, unlawful or void, this shall in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other stipulations..
